Nepal: Explorer Overland

The highlight of this trip exploring the beautiful places of Nepal. After a tour in Kathmandu we take a drive to Royal Chitwan National Park for the wildlife safari to view games of rare species such as one horned Rhino, royal Bengal Tiger and other interesting animals including hundreds of species of birds. From Chitwan our scenic drive takes you to the holy birth place of Lord Buddha, light of Asia at Lumbini. Here our visits will take around the premises of Kapilbashtu. The journey will continue to beautiful Pokhara valley. Pokhara is blessed with the view of the Annapurna range of mountains and numerous lakes, travelers for centuries have been enraptured by its beauty. On return to Kathmandu, we will have a visit to the famous Gorkha Palace of late King Prithivi Narayan Shah, uniter of Nepal, who started his mission uniting all smaller kingdoms into one Nepal.

Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu. Meet & transfer to Hotel. O/N Hotel.
Day 02: Morning: Sightseeing tour of Pashupati, Boudhanath and Swyambhunath. Afternoon: Sightseeing tour of Patan and Tibetan Refugee Camp. O/N Hotel.
Day 03: After breakfast drive to Chitwan National Park. Afternoon jungle activities. O/N Jungle Lodge.
Day 04: Full day viewing of wildlife and other jungle activities. O/N Jungle Lodge.
Day 05: After breakfast overland tour to Lumbini. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Lumbini, the birth place of Lord Buddha. O/N Hotel.
Day 06: Overland journey to Pokhara. Afternoon walk around Pokhara Bazaar & lake side. O/N Hotel.
Day 07: View sunrise from hotel itself and after breakfast depart for a half day tour around Pokhara. Afternoon boating at Lake Phewa. O/N Hotel.
Day 08: After breakfast, drive to Gorkha. Sightseeing tour of Gorkha Palace and the Bazaar area. Continue toward Kathmandu. O/N Hotel.
Day 09: Morning tour of Dakshinkali Temple and Chovar. Afternoon free for independent activities. O/N Hotel.
Day 10: Transfer to airport for departure.
